Had my third session today, and as my second session didn’t go according to plan the Skalp team basically allocated an entire day to me, which I totally didn’t expect. They didn’t have to do that, and it was really good of them.
I’m a difficult client in more ways than one, but I can’t fault their dedication and determination to get it right. The customer service really is outstanding.
Too early to tell how my latest session will turn out, but hopefully it will be a good one. Fingers crossed.
